Newly renovated three-bedroom apartment overlooking Cayuga Lake with lake access; sleeps 6-8 people. This glamorous space is a very unique find, as it's mainly utilized as a bridal suite for our next door venue. Prime location in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, minutes away from both the Cayuga & Seneca Lake Wine Trails. The street is perfect for walking & it ends at Sheldrake Winery. O'Malley's is a great bar & restaurant right next door.
The space is all newly renovated and newly furnished.
This is a second floor apartment. Please note that this property shares a courtyard with our venue & offices. We may be working around the property, giving tours, etc. Once you enter through the courtyard, you will see your private entrance.
Also note: you will have lake access, but it is not private lake access. You may use our "events dock" which is the dock with strings of market lights. There is a stone beach & fire pit that you may also access. You may use the covered porch attached to the downstairs, just note that it is a shared porch with the venue.
The neighborhood is great. The street is very low traffic; there are more walkers, cyclists, & golf carts than cars. It's the best street for taking morning walks along with lake. At the end of our street, there is a great local winery called Sheldrake Point Winery.
This is a second floor apartment; you must climb a flight of stairs to enter.
