Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, laundromats, and pharmacies all within two blocks.
This one bedroom apartment is located on West 69th Street between Columbus Ave and Broadway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and linens are provided. The apartment is approximately 525 square feet. THE APARTMENT IS UP FOUR FLIGHTS OF STAIRS - THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

Other apartments in the building are occupied by long-term tenants, some who have lived in their apartments for over twenty years. It is a quiet building and not a place to stay if you want to party and play loud music. I own the building and use the unit with my family when we visit the city.
