Coastal Paradise at Marina Villas is ameticulously designed home offering ahigh-end experience, thoughtfully adorned with quality coastal/tropical-inspired decor for the ideal Caribbean experience. Short four minute walk to the community pool and private beach. Depending on traffic, we are about 90 minutes from the major airports and 15 minutes to downtown Ocho Rios and surrounding attractions. The villa is in a secure, gated community within Drax Hall Estates in the beautiful resort community of St Ann.
**All utilities in our community have been restored, and our villa remained fully operational throughout the storm thanks to solar power and Starlink Data Lite Internet, which kept electricity, WiFi and TV streaming services fully stable.While thewestern part of Jamaica saw the heaviest impact, St. Ann and Ocho Rios were largely spared.
Beach: Due to shoreline erosion, much of the sandy beach has been replaced with exposed rocks, giving it a more rustic look. If you’re looking for a wide, soft-sand beach for swimming and lounging, this is not the right fit right now. However, it’s still a beautiful spot for walks, relaxing, and enjoying the waves and sunsets. We recommend wearing water shoes.
