With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, you will have plenty of space to relax. The kitchen and living areas are designed to accommodate 8 people. From the large living room, kitchen, dining area, garden/patio and master bedroom, you will have spectacular views of the estuary and surrounding areas.

Location: The house is situated right on of the estuary sharing a beach with the sailing club. Exmouth town centre, sea front and train station are within a few minutes walking distance. It is situated in Devon on the Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage site. There are 2 miles of golden sandy beach; ideal for swimming, water sports and spectacular cliff top views. Exeter, a cathedral city, is 8 miles, and Dartmoor National Park is 20 miles.
We provide some basic essentials, tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, milk to get you started. Linens and towels are provided.
