Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, laundromats, and pharmacies all within two blocks.
This one bedroom apartment is located on West 69th Street between Columbus Ave and Broadway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and linens are provided. The apartment is approximately 525 square feet. The apartment is a up one flight of stairs in an historic brownstone building. The unit is equipped with cable TV and internet access.
Sleeps two adults comfortably on a queen sized bed and can accommodate an additional person on the couch or air mattress.
Other apartments in the building are occupied by long-term tenants, some who have lived in their apartments for over twenty years. It is a quiet building and not a place to stay if you want to party and play loud music. I own the building and use the unit with my family when we visit the city.
There is no elevator. Great place to live and easy access to any part of the city by subway. We have 2 other units in the same building, if you have a group of people - inquire about multiple units.
