Check-in/Check-out Information:
For a seamless check-in experience, we offer a concierge check-in process. A dedicated security member of our team will guide you through the island, ensuring easy access to the unit. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Simply meet our security team at the Fisherman's Village Sales Center, where they will provide wristbands for access to the Infinity Pool and escort you to the property. The Fisherman’s Village Sales Center closes at 6 PM. If you will arrive after 6 PM, please contact the host for alternate check-in instructions. When it's time to depart, just leave the keys in the kitchen of the unit.
Additional Information:
Please note that during major holiday weekends, the water shuts down at 12:30 AM. However, rest assured that our team is committed to ensuring your comfort and will provide any necessary assistance during your stay. Contact host for assistance if power outages occur. (There is a $500 refundable deposit for incidents)
