Summary: Great spot. Deborah was excellent to work with on any concerns we had. Safe tidy development with nice view of canal from our large balcony . Deborah is making improvements to make condo even better. Gated community made you feel secure.Short walk to nice beach was enjoyable. Ice pool which we rarely had to share..Would go back
