This is a room available for rent within the home which is occupied. With the exception of two bedrooms though, the whole house is yours to use, explore and enjoy! That includes your own personal room and bathroom, the living and dining room, the guest room and kitchen, your own personal workspace with a laptop included for your use, our beautiful backyard and hugely spacious lawn and event area, both the adult and kids pools and parks, the attached "laundry room" and even the garage which is occasionally available to park in!
