We're just 15 minutes from the University of Notre Dame and downtown South Bend and 30 minutes to Lake Michigan beaches. This renovated 750 square foot studio apartment sleeps two, is air-conditioned and includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and sleeping area with 1 bath. Wifi, Roku enabled TV, hairdryer, kitchenware, toaster and coffee maker are provided with rental. We have lovely mature flora, very large trees, a grotto and architectural hardscape features. Inquire about using the large blue-stone patio at the main house. Wander around and look at the features and check out our large vegetable garden! A very park-like feel. Other outside amenities include parking, swing set, and open spaces to play football, soccer, or just run around. For an additional fee this large apartment can accommodate 1-2 more on a sofa and/or owner supplied elevated full size air mattress.
Owners are on premises in a separate building and are happy to greet you along with their very friendly dog, Poppy.
