Take your Bahamas getaway to the next level by booking this recently renovated two story townhouse. A modern esthetic and water views throughout every room of the house provide a peaceful and relaxing retreat for you and your guests. On the main level you will find an open concept layout featuring a beautiful Italkraft kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a waterfall island that sits five. The adjacent dining room seats ten and offers a bar fitted with a wine fridge, a double drawer beverage refrigerator, and an ice machine. The spacious living room will allow you to relax in a large sectional couch while streaming your favorite series on a 85” TV with a Sonos surround sound system. Views of the marina can be taken in throughout each of these living spaces and sliding glass doors provide access to a spacious balcony offering additional dining and lounging areas.
On the second floor you will find two master bedrooms, with King beds and en-suite bathrooms, with the main master’s bathroom featuring a two person shower with glass doors and a Toto bidet toilet. The additional two guest rooms are fitted with twin XL beds and have their own private bathrooms, one of which is fitted with a tub. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to a wrap around balcony overlooking the marina. Motorized blackout shades will keep all the light out to allow for a good night’s sleep.
On the bottom level, you will find a spacious newly constructed dock with two lifts (one of which is available for rent) green under dock lighting, and mooring whips for keeping your boat safely tied to the dock in the water. In addition, a sitting area, fish cleaning table, and BBQ are also provided in this space.
The townhouse has a reverse osmosis water maker to provide clean and safe water. There is a battery back up system so in the event of a power outage the entire house runs on batteries. Internet is provided via Starlink so fast reliable internet is included. There is a 16 channel video surveillance system, and a Lutron lighting system.
All of the rooms are equipped with Mitsubishi mini split air-conditioning systems to allow the guests in each room to set the temperature they need for individual comfort. All the air conditioning systems are also on the battery back up system.
