This fantastic property, completely renovated, is located on the island of Lido very close to the waterbus stop "Santa Maria Elisabetta" to Venice.
Reaching Venice takes no more than 12 - 15 minutes by vaporetto and the beaches are 5 minutes by bike (there is a bike rental very close to Villa Une...) or 10 minutes on foot so that Villa Une becomes the ideal place for those who wish to combine beach holidays with cultural life.
Access for guests
The flat is on two levels, on the first floor you will find a large distributive entrance, a very well equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery enough for a large family.

Another plus of Villa Une is the possibility to reach it by water taxi as it is equipped with a dock and, why not, to rent a boat and use it to go around enjoying the lagoon and the centre of Venice from a unique perspective.
