The cottage consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers with four large drawers, and a large wardrobe. A dining room with a double sofa bed (TV, internet access), a kitchen area (large fridge-freezer, small fridge, washing machine, two-burner stovetop, extractor fan, and mini oven), a bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, large vanity unit, electric towel dryer), and a separate toilet accessible from the bedroom.
A 200 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers (access via 5 steps) overlooks the Grand Morin Valley. Hiking trails nearby (GR1). Barbecue, terrace, and table in the garden, which enjoys afternoon sun, and a terrace and table in front of the bedroom, which enjoys morning sun. Parking is available on the property.
