Enjoy views of the Pacific ocean while preparing meals in the kitchen, or while enjoying a meal in the dining room. Enjoy the view from the bistro table off the kitchen which looks out across the living room to the large deck overlooking the ocean.
There is one bedroom and full bath located on this level of the house.
The lower level of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a laundry room, and an outdoor small heated, jetted, pool with mini grotto, swim up bar and 2 expansive outdoor decks. Experience beach living as it is known.
This fully furnished home is directly across from Kellogg Park and a 3 block walk to restaurants, shops, La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and so much more. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as ample casual eateries, shops, and galleries.
