Less than a mile to Newport Pier and half an hour to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. About an hour to downtown Los Angeles and an hour-and-a-half to San Diego. Lots of amenities and free WiFi! ONE PARKING SPACE IN THE PRIVATE SHARED GARAGE WILL BE PROVIDED TO GUESTS!
This is a remodeled upstairs unit that features a large private deck with bay views - the perfect place to relax and read a book or grill up something delicious (or watch the famous Newport Beach Boat Parade at Christmas OR a panoramic view of fireworks from Disneyland to the Dunes at 4th of July)! It also has newer carpet throughout with tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen. It boasts granite counters in kitchen, stainless steel appliances (range, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser), and a washer and dryer on the premises. Property features updated windows as well!

There is a BBQ, table, and chairs on the deck. Cable TV and WiFi are included. Street parking is also available. Beach equipment (chairs, surfboards, bikes, etc.) rentals are available at 15th Street Surf Shop less than a block away.
