Summary: Asked for quiet room, was given room that shared elevator wall. “Energy efficient” room turns AC off at midnight and won’t allow over-ride, was stuck at 74 degrees and humid. Energy efficient also means no freezer, and that you have to use key card for half the lighting to work. Had to be moved at 1am to an older room to get working AC, a freezer and normal light switches. Mom is 76 years old and this was hard on both of us. We got very little sleep
