È composta da un ingresso/soggiorno, cucina, una camera matrimoniale (con possibilità di aggiungere una culla pieghevole) e una camera con due letti singoli (che possono essere uniti), oltre al bagno. Una stanza studio per il relax o il telelavoro può essere fornita anche di un letto matrimoniale gonfiabile. Il riscaldamento e l’acqua calda sono forniti da stufe a legna e pellet (più caldaia elettrica), mentre l’energia proviene da un fornitore con sole fonti rinnovabili. L’acqua viene dalla sorgente locale originale, filtrata e purificata. La casa può essere raggiunta a piedi lungo la strada sterrata se si viaggia leggeri (circa 12 minuti dalla contrada superiore) o in pochi minuti in auto (è necessario un piccolo 4x4). In alternativa, i gestori della casa possono accompagnarvi in auto all’arrivo e alla partenza (consigliato).
Il paese di Recoaro (20 minuti a piedi circa dalla casetta) è rinomato per le sue acque minerali, che possono ancora essere assaporate nell’antico complesso termale (attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione) o alle sorgenti esterne. Famiglie nobili da tutta Europa visitavano dal fine 800 le terme nella bellissima “conca di smeraldo”. Le città d’arte di Vicenza e Verona (con aeroporto) si trovano a circa 1h15m in auto. Venezia (con aeroporto) è a circa 2h di distanza. Sono disponibili eventualmente anche trasporti pubblici in treno e autobus. Immergetevi in questa natura tranquilla, scegliendo tra leggere un libro davanti al fuoco o rilassarvi nel patio esterno, o lavorare da remoto. Potrete poi fare escursioni, andare in bici o arrampicare, o addirittura fare parapendio ed equitazione… oltre a degustare cibo e vini locali, ovviamente! Sentieri direttamente da fuori la porta di casa vi condurranno attraverso la vallata verso luoghi magici e su fino alle vette delle Piccole Dolomiti. Potrete scegliere tra passeggiate facili o trekking piuù impegnativi fino a vie ferrate, percorsi storici della Prima Guerra Mondiale o il ponte “Tibetano”. I bambini adoreranno esplorare intorno, i ruscelli, gli animali selvatici e da fattoria, tra percorsi di montagne accessibili. E per gli amanti della bici, tra salite impegnative su strada o escursioni in MTB elettriche, la scelta è infinita.
