- Single storey house on a quiet, paved street, just three blocks from Porto Novo beach.
- It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one indoor, one outdoor), front and back porch with barbecue, 3 car garage, backyard and garden.
- Sleeps 6 comfortably in beds and a maximum of 2 more people on mattresses / sofa.
- Next to the mall and the city's new events square.
- Market, pizzeria and bakery nearby.
HOW IS THE HOUSE
- Despite being ground floor, the house has a step to access the balcony, but allows accessibility through the kitchen door, all flat inside.
- Simple decoration, but very comfortable. It is the house used by our family in some periods. For this reason, we have a room at the back of the house that is inaccessible to guests as it keeps personal belongings of the family.
- Living room with fabric sofas (we kindly ask you not to get wet on the sofas !!), Rack and LED TV with open channels.
- For your stay, we have a bedroom with a double bed with a spring mattress and a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds with foam mattresses, which comfortably accommodates 6 people.
- We can free up to three to four more people to sleep on the sofa or on mattresses on the floor.(We can borrow an inflatable double mattress) Above 6 people we have an extra fee per person.
- We have bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, pillows and blankets) and bath for 6 guests (fee). Extra guests must bring their bed / bath linen.
- The kitchen is spacious, has a table with 6 chairs, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, sandwich maker, blender, and has various utensils to prepare meals and serve.
- Covered front porch, with table and chairs, hooks for hammocks and small garden.
- Uncovered garage for three cars on the side.
- Covered back porch with masonry barbecue, table and chairs. Tank and the external bathroom next door and the room without guest access.
- We have a washing machine that we can install for stays of more than 4 days, if requested.
- We have ceiling fans in the living room and in both bedrooms, plus a floor fan.
- We don't have beach chairs, mats and sun umbrellas.
- If there is a need for any type of maintenance during your stay we have a caretaker who will try to solve the problem.
HOW IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- In the neighborhood there are families that reside, and out of respect for them we ask our guests to comply with the law of silence after 10 pm. and also during the day avoid excessive noise or sound that can be annoying.
- The beach is just three blocks from the house, on a paved, lighted avenue, with paths for walking and cycling. Calm beach, with shallow water and few waves, it is flat, great for walking and safe for children, with little movement even in high season.
- Several bus lines on the beach avenue and on the road a few blocks away, which also has a market, pharmacy, simple restaurants, pizzeria.
- The house is just a few blocks from the city's new events square, which has free shows in high summer and other events throughout the year, such as the Tainha Festival in July.
- About 1 km from the beautiful Shopping Serramar, with Extra supermarket, cinemas, several stores and food court.
HOW IS THE CITY
- Almost all beaches in Caraguá have an excellent infrastructure of kiosks with umbrellas, chairs and a wide variety of food and drinks. Some have live music in the summer.
- At 7 km, northbound, is the center of Caraguá, where there is an event square with summer shows and several events during the year, such as the Shrimp Festival in July.
- In the city center we have a varied and complete trade, with several supermarkets, banks and services, hospital and emergency services.
- Your family and friends will enjoy sports, adventures and culture.
- An exuberant nature awaits you at the Serra do Mar State Park, trails, hang gliding and kite surfing, bicicross, skate park, amusement park, theater, museum, cinemas, events square, concerts, handicrafts, fairs, excellent restaurants for all tastes, sea and river fishing, fishing terminal, with fresh fish every day (about 1 km from the house), boat trips, banana boat trips, among other attractions.
- An unmissable attraction is to climb the Santo Antonio hill to watch the sunset from up there, overlooking the entire edge of the city!And also in the new Mirante do Camaroeiro, with live music at sunset, in summer.
- You can also spend a wonderful day in Ilha Bela or São Sebastião (southbound, just 20 km from the house) or go northwards, to Ubatuba (about 35 km) to enjoy the beaches there, including tours of schooner going in the morning and coming back in the afternoon.-
