Summary: This was a place that was close to everything. The college that our daughter attends is right next door. That is the good. The bad is everything else. It was not clean, the sink wasnt attached to the counter top, the faucet just flopped around, the door latch was broken, the night stand was covered in cigarette burns, the phone was useless (it didnt even have a cord going from the base to the handset).
