A quick 2 minute walk to our beach access with 1/2 mile of white sand, turquoise waters and a beautiful reef to snorkel and adventure on! The property is very private, with native Bahamian flowers, palms, and trees surrounding the grounds. The house is your home away from home with a beautiful kitchen, stocked with all the amenities a Chef will need! The Great Room is a focal point of the home, perfect for gatherings and enjoying the beautiful turquoise views. The Great Room, featuring built-in soft seating and a dining table for 8 guests, has stunning high ceilings and a wall of windows to look out over the ocean and palm trees! There are three bedrooms, 2 King bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths, and the Garden Room located on the lower level has a Queen bed and a Twin bed with an on suite full bath. The wrap around deck provides a great place to enjoy the Bahamian breezes, tropical bird songs, and of course -THE VIEW! After a quick swim at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower and snorkel gear rinse station. The outdoor barstools and rail provide the perfect spot for coffee or drinks while listening to the waves crash.
We are less than 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of a grocery and liquor store.
