The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. It includes modern appliances and all the essential utensils to make cooking effortless and enjoyable. Please note that the dishwasher in the apartment is not available for use, even though it is present in the unit.
When it’s time to rest, the apartment offers three homely bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a king-size bed, ensuring peaceful and restorative nights. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity. The third bedroom, designed with children in mind, includes three single beds, a bunk bed and a trundle bed, creating a practical and flexible sleeping space.
Every bed is carefully prepared with high-quality hotel-style linens. Ample storage space is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to organize your belongings and feel at home from the moment you arrive.
For optimal comfort, the apartment also includes two bathrooms. The first features a bathtub and toilet, ideal for unwinding after a long day, while the second offers a shower for added convenience. A washing machine is also available to make your stay even easier.
The apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system in all the rooms.

The Marais is a clever mix of past and modernity. It is a trendy and historical district that recalls the Parisian past and whose streets are appreciated for their beauty and charm. During the night or even the day, you can find a lot of bars/terraces and tasty restaurants!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
