Summary: The hotel is in an excellent location in the downtown core of Toulouse. The staff were very communicative and helpful in advance of our stay and very friendly throughout our two night stay. The hotel was very quiet and it was almost like there were not many other occupants. But I believe it was full. The hotel is not a luxury hotel. We knew that when we booked and it definitely met our expectations. The room was clean, fairly basic and fairly well worn. By no means bad, just somewhat worn. But, in fairness this is a 2 star hotel so don’t expect 5 star details. I would not hesitate to stay there again and I would definitely recommend it as long as you are okay with a 2 star level of comfort and amenities. One thing to be aware of is that there doesn’t seem to be an elevator so if you have restricted mobility, you should request a lower floor.
