The house, which can be accessed directly from the square or from the private internal garden, comprises, on the ground floor, a large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, a toilet with shower, and a double bedroom; on the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with an alcove and a double bed, with the possibility of adding a cot.
