The flat is on the 1st floor and has a private garage, a large balcony to sit outside and relax, two bedrooms, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Lavazza A Modo Mio capsule coffee machine. Summary: Beautiful apartment but difficult to reach from parking garage ( what is ideal in the Garda area because off hailstones) but 2x13 steps stairs then 17 steps stair to apartment. No place to unpack your luggage from the car. For use the apartment was not clean spots on the floor, bedspread and towels, and you pay €180 for cleaning. Vacuum cleaner so dirty we couldn’t use it before cleaning it ourselves. Broken wash rack no service on the TV for four days. Difficult communication with my garda home. Finally someone came with a new rack and he fixed the TV. It cost us 4 days to get the temperature down from 28 degrees to 21 degrees. Nice pool but restrooms at the pool very dirty. So many people living here and having a dog so lots of dog barking during the day. We think the owner has an apartment next door and on the flat roof of the property is a jacuzzi that is only in and for use off the owner. No problem at all. But what they forget if there are people staying on the roof it gives a lot of noise.
