Property is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area located within 4 miles of Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, and 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Walking distance to several grocery/ retail stores, bars, bowling alley, theatre, and many restaurants. Amenities include: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, basketball, ping pong, pool table, along with a playground and sandbox for children. This unit is also centrally located within a few short steps of the pool and the many amenities offered at this quiet and relaxing resort. We strive to make this your home away from home at our little place of paradise. Sorry but no animals are allowed on the property per HOA.
