Summary: This is the second time we've stayed at this property. My return speaks volumes. This property is very well kept, clean, and the management is very helpful and friendly. It's 9th arrondissement location is very convenient and is near many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options are good. Very reasonable price for the size of the property. The only con is that this is an old building and their wooden floors are very thin. I can hear people talking and walking around upstairs and both times I've stayed, I was awoken by loud guests upstairs. Some people just need to learn to be more considerate. I can see myself return to this property during cooler months as I have been, but can't see myself staying during the hot summer months since I dont see any air conditioning. I will return again in the future for our family stays since this property offers two bedroom apartments.
