Located at an oceanfront resort on Collins Avenue.The building is on the ocean with direct beach access.This is a two bedroom two bath condo, with a living room, private terrace and kitchen in a space of 1200 square foot .The kitchen is fully equipped , suitable for cooking light meals .
The apartment has a free WiFi ,and a television in each room . In total 3 flat screen televisions.MINIMUM AGE -21 & over can checkin at the front desk. ONE above 21 in the group.

The Unit has been recently furnished. It is located in a 4 Star Oceanfront Resort directly on the ocean.
Ideally located, the apartment is 15 minutes from South Beach , Lincoln Street and 25 minutes from Miami International Airport.It is on the 12th floor, with beautiful views of the ocean and downtown Miami from the balcony.
The building has 2 pools, hot tub, in-house shop, Sauna, and a Gym. Guests have free access to these facilities.A bar by the pool side, "THE TOP OF THE FALLS .”It is open through the day and closes early evening .
PARKING IS VALET HENCE NOT FREE. The week days charges -30 dollars a day regular vehicles , oversized 40 ,weekends rates -35 dollar for regular vehicles and 45 for oversized , weekly charges are 150 a week for a regular sized vehicles and 185 for oversized .Washer and dryer are on the same floor but not in the unit. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at an additional. The renovations are COMPLETE . Both pools are available to guests.The upper deck and the lower pool.

Guests will have access to all the facilities, pools, sauna , Gym, restaurants.

I WOULD LIKE TO REMIND GUESTS , I AM NOT PART OF THE HOTEL HENCE DON"T HAVE FULL TIME PLUMBER /ELECTRICIAN / HANDYMAN . IF SOME PROBLEM OCCURS I WILL TRY AND FIX IT ASAP , BUT PLEASE BE AWARE I AM DEPENDENT ON THE OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE AND THEY MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ALL HOURS .
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN EMERGENCIES OCCUR AT YOUR HOME IT NEEDS COORDINATION AND TIME . THIS WOULD BE SIMILAR .
