This charming house consists of two buildings: the main house and Farmhouse.
- On the ground floor of the main house are: a spacious lounge, a team kitchen, a dining room, a large TV room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
- Upstairs in the main house are 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- On the ground floor of the Farmhouse are: a spacious lounge - dining room and a kitchen.
- On the floor of the Farmhouse are: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The Pénardière and dependence are rented exclusively in early July to late August.
The months of May, June, September and October, only the main house is rented without the Farmhouse. 11 people can then be hosted.
The months from November to April, only the Farmhouse is rented.
A sheets and bath towel option is proposed at 15€ per person. It includes the sheets, one big and one small bath towels, the bedding.
