Mature palm trees extend as far as the eye can see, and the east side of the property is blessed with spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The outdoor awning shades the saltwater pool starting mid-day while sun worshippers can enjoy extended rays on the west-facing lounge chairs. Inside, the décor is 1950's Palm Springs chic meets Mad Men.
The space
Welcome to Twin Palms Paradise! The main house includes the classic Twin Palms large great room / kitchen area facing the pool, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the west side. The main bedroom includes a double vanity bathroom and large walk-in shower with two shower heads and great views from a large clerestory window. You'll find a well-stocked, modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and many kitchen items you'd expect to find in a quality home with serving dishes and items needed to cook and serve a gourmet meal in the home. The bonus casita by the pool is a space to unwind with games/TV and a calming view of trees, pool and sky; another full bath is here as well. 2100 sq ft of indoor living space w separate laundry room.
Step out to a spacious pool deck to find a full resort of your own! The backyard is completely walled and private. The rectangular pool has a large seating area for relaxing. The large spa is spacious enough for several to enjoy. A BBQ grill for outdoor cooking is available. There is large table for al fresco dining for 8.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house. There is a carport for one car and a large circular driveway. There is a fire column by the outside seating area.
