Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was great. There are so many places to eat nearby. A Target and Trader Joe’s are just 3 blocks away. Buses to theaters in Chelsea run 1 block away. The man who met me actually carried my suitcase up the 1 floor to the apartment. The bedroom where I slept had a small AC that kept the room very comfortable.

Negative: Luckily I only needed 1 bedroom because there was only 1 small AC unit in one of the two bedrooms. The bathroom was fine but old( refinished tub) and had some mold. The garbage was taken out of the building on Wednesday morning and the stench at the front door was unbearable. Luckily the maintenance people for the building showed up late afternoon and mopped all of the entry way.

Summary: I had a great stay, easy communication with the host.
