Very nice, calm, charming, comfortable and completely renovated country house : 4 rooms (a very nice kitchen nice living room with 2 old "fours a pain" kept for decoration, 2 very nice bedrooms upstairs (one king size bed and 2 twin single beds and 1 canapé-lit bed ( 1 baby bed), and very pretty bathrom), 1 stone stairase (1 floor), 5 persons available but the best is to be 4 pers. The house is located on the border of a charming and old village and has a very big and beautiful private garden with old stone walls all around, a large terrase with view on the garden village, outside furniture, barecue, ping pong and other games (pétanque...). Football yard and tennis court both very very close. Many other possibilities of beautiful tourism and practice of sports as golf (near the city of LAVAL), poneys (near), baths (small bathing lakes with pedalos near too) or nice country side walks all around.
