This luxurious and elegant Villa is located in Porto di Brenzone, in a slightly elevated but very quiet and reserved position. Surrounded by a well-kept 3.00 square meter garden, Villa Dismero welcomes you in maximum privacy, conquering you with a breathtaking view and making your holiday simply unforgettable.
From the parking area, an important staircase leads to the main entrance, located on the mezzanine floor, where we find the large and spectacular living room, equipped with a fireplace and dominated by the large sofa with numerous seats, the dining room, the equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with air conditioning served by its private bathroom with shower.On the front towards the lake is the most interesting part of the property: a large covered patio furnished with a dining table which leads to the garden, equipped with barbecue, deck chairs and sun loungers, and to the large swimming pool (unheated and open from Easter in October). From this whole area, where you will spend most of your time in total relaxation, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and Mount Baldo.
Back inside, we go up a short staircase that takes us from the living area to the upper floor, where a mezzanine opening onto the living room below allows access to a double bedroom with a private terrace with a view and an internal bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The further two double bedrooms on this floor share a second bathroom with shower and another terrace with a view.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
From the living room the staircase also leads us to the lower floor where we find the laundry room, equipped with washing machine and dryer, and a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. This room is not equipped with air conditioning but fans are sufficient to provide the necessary comfort.
From here you'll have direct access to the large garage and the parking area.
The lake, the beaches and the town centre, with the bus stop are a few tens of meters away and can be easily reached on foot. Here we find several pizza restaurants and a small grocery store.
The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
Drinks, food and no consumables products (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided.
Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.
