Villa Francesca is located in Brenzone, a quiet town on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The apartment is on the first floor of the villa with only two apartments, separated from the lake only by the pedestrian promenade.
The large terrace offers a breathtaking 180 degree view.
You enter directly into the large living room furnished with antique and designer furniture from whose windows you can enjoy a magnificent view. From here you can access the large front and side balconies where you can have lunch with friends or sunbathe in total tranquility while admiring the 180 degree panorama. A corridor leads to the large kitchen and to the three large double bedrooms, two of which have lake views and access to the terrace and the two bathrooms with showers.

On the ground floor there is a second apartment used by the owner, the guests can use the barbecue but do not have access to the garden.
