Relax by the heated pool or on the dock overlooking the intracoastal waterway in elegant and COMFORTABLE Tommy Bahama chaise lounges and other furniture. Or sit on the upper patio by the fire pit roasting marshmallows, reading your favorite book or taking in the morning sunrise. The back yard has plenty of pool floats and pool toys to enjoy. Utilize the outdoor dining table that sits 8 comfortably. Weber Grill is available for those that love to grill outside.

Whether you want to utilize a local chef to cook all of your meals or if you are a cooking enthusiast, the kitchen has all the items needed to prepare a fantastic meal. In addition to a large indoor refrigerator there is also a fridge in the garage to store additional items.

At no time can there be more than 16 people at Villa Lucina - even if they are not staying the night. Only 12 people are allowed to stay at Villa Lucina overnight and only if they have been clearly listed when booking your reservation. More than 16 guests is strictly prohibited and violation of this rule will have the local authorities called and the hosts and their guests will be asked to leave. Additionally, there is STRICTLY no street parking in Hypoluxo Point. There should be no more than 4 cars parked in the wrap-a-round driveway.***

Summary: This property was a great experience. I just wish I had more time to spend here. The home was well stocked and the owner was great to deal with. The process was easy and seamless. The amenities are great and it has everything that one would desire in a rental. Jack contacted me to ensure everything went as it should and was amazing to work with. Also, if you are worried the pool for little ones, the house is well equipped with door alarms to alert you for this. Jack thought of everything. Thanks for a great stay!
