It measures 160 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 65 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 6,000 m². - Bedroom 4: two single beds and private access to the balcony with panoramic views over the village of Moissac. South-facing, not overlooked.

- By a staircase from the house, you access the swimming pool (private, heated) of 8m x 5m, secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence. Can be used from May to October, weather permitting.

- Beautiful 6,000 m² garden.
