Villas OutAMany is a newly built 2500+ft² Villa with an upscale minimalist contemporary design. Currently, the Villa has 4 main floor bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms which includes 2 Primary bedroom en-suites. There is also a 2nd floor, 980ft² partially finished Loft, with a 5th semi private sleeping area with a queen inflatable bed with headboard. This extra sleeping space is available when the reservation is for 9-10 persons. The Villa is a family & child friendly retreat that is ideal for all persons, whether elderly, physically challenged, couples, solo travellers, friends or business professionals. Although the Villa is a large home it is still a great affordable option for solo travellers, a pair of friends or a couple that wish to take advantage of the many exclusive amenities offered (special affordable rates are available for solo travellers and couples).
One of the main features of staying at VillasOutAMany is the COMPLIMENTARY PUERTO SECO BEACH CLUB MEMBERSHIP in Discovery Bay (currently $20USD/Adult, $10USD/Child). This membership gives guests a VIP experience. A palapa is reserved just for your group (if it is a small group, they will find you shared space in the shade under a palapa; your group is escorted to your palapa; you will have an assigned wait staff to serve your drinks & food; 15% discount off of all food & drinks (including alcohol).

The bathrooms have touch free Purell soap dispensers & the showers and bathtubs have shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers. Multiple sets of glassware. You will have insulated double walled stainless steel tumblers that are perfect for the kids and for use outdoors.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: The hot water is heated by solar. On cloudy days or days when you feel you are not getting enough hot water, you can turn on the red switch in the kitchen Pantry that houses the cleaning supplies. Once the switch is flipped, it will light up red and the water tank will be heated via electricity.
*Similarly, to turn on the power to the stove, there is a red switch that is on the wall above the stove. Flip this switch, it will turn red indicating it is on and will provide power to the stove.

The space is centred with a solid wood Transformer dining table with seating for 10 (expandable up to 12), as well as modern acrylic hydraulically adjustable stools at the breakfast peninsula.

Families with babies and children of all ages are welcome and encouraged at Villas OutAMany. We have the Ingenuity brand high chair/booster seat that is good for 6 month old to 36 month old. We also have a portable play yard with a change table & a play yard mattress so that it can be used as a crib.

WATER
The house has an Avalon bottom loading self cleaning water cooler. The water cooler provides cool room temperature water; cold water approx. 8.3°C(47° F) & hot water, hot enough to make tea or coffee or warm up your little ones bottle at approx. 85°C (185°F). Help save the environment by bringing your own water bottles to refill for your day trips, saving you time & money by eliminating the need for extra trips to the store to buy water and ice.
AIR QUALITY
* The air you breathe while staying with us is extremely important. Our cooling systems use only the Brest high-grade filter. We also have a Dyson HEPA Air Purifier in the main living area that removes 99.97% of pollutants as small as 0.3 microns.
* We also have several Noma 360 degrees True HEPA air purifiers that removes 99.97% of pollutants, with a whisper quiet nighttime mode for your use in the bedrooms.

* The gated community has a LFA Country Store at the entrance that has a deli, pharmacy, fresh market and wine bar. The country store also offers a delivery service.
