Summary: I arrived at the hotel to check in and the clerk at the counter was very rude and disrespectful. He was trying to have me give him another person’s license if they were going to visit me and I explained to him that I was there by myself and he did not want to hear that. He kept talking about incident that happened at that location previously and that’s why he’s so caution and I explained to him that I made a reservation myself, and my card was on file and I presented my drivers license to him so he does not have to be moving and yelling at me like I’m a little child. I would not recommend dealing with that staff member again.
